I’ve created a one-to-one mindfulness offering that combines Positive Psychology principles with key elements of the well-known Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. My aim is to support you to become a self-sufficient mindfulness practitioner, so no matter what we cover within Mindful Me you'll be given handouts, self-reflection exercises, a mindfulness diary and relevant audio recordings of my guided mindfulness meditations.
Although typically offered as a face-to-face session, 'Mindful Me' can also take place via webinar (hosted on Zoom).
