Mindful Living

This is an 8 week mindfulness course, which allows participants to learn a range of techniques that can be used in their daily life. 'Mindful Living' helps put people in charge of their minds, attention and thoughts, which in turn leads to wide-ranging benefits.

  • Cultivate self-awareness
  • Respond rather than react to stress
  • Change habitual reactivity patterns
  • Learn a new approach to mindfulness, fused with elements of Positive Psychology
  • Earn a course certificate of completion
  • Based on the methodology and principles of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the most scientifically researched mindfulness programme (MBSR was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre in 1979)
  • Taught by a mindfulness instructor with a personal practice of over 20 years
  • No prior meditation experience required – great for beginners and advanced meditators alike
