This is an introductory mindfulness workshop that's aimed at beginners or those who've had a break from practising mindfulness and would like a refresher. We will dispel some popular myths about mindfulness to start with and then get practical with some techniques that can be followed up at home.
There will be a small dose of 'the science bit' which demonstrates what happens in the autonomic nervous system when we bring greater awareness to the present moment - but everything else will be geared towards having a go at some straightforward meditation techniques.
Although typically offered as a face-to-face session, 'Mindful Flow' can also take place via webinar (hosted on Zoom).
